Many people say that SERVICE -- not just good service -- is impossible to find these days.
- You cannot find help in stores.
- You get an automated attendant when you call a company.
- You are placed on "hold" and left on "ignore".
- You leave a message and no one calls you back.
- You are left in limbo.
I experience it just like everyone else and it is a pet peeve of mine too. I am committed to maintaining my personal standards of customer service and satisfaction in each and every contact I make.
I know the value of service -- my clients are important to me, they deserve my time and effort and they are my priority! Whether they are buying or selling, my clients place their most valuable asset in my hands.
From researching the area, financing, inspections, staging and marketing to contract negotiations, I always have their interests at heart and work with them through the process. This is too important a life decision to undertake without the expertise, professionalism, enthusiasm and creativity that I include as part of my package of service!
